The Dental program at this facility needs to be scrapped and outsourced to the community. Do the country and the state of Utah a favor…fire everyone working at this office and shut it down, starting with the Director Dr Slater. He’s been in charge of this clown show for way too long. Write your congressman.
They don’t seem to like answering the phone. You wait for 30 minutes and then they hang up on you.
It takes several months to get an appointment which must be made I person as they cannot be reached by phone. The automated system hangs up on you after waiting on hold fot a couple minutes 100% of the time. I live 40 miles away and can't drive to the clinic to set an appointment to be seen 3 months from now. Getting Community Care is a bureaucratic nightmare, but if you're persistent enough to get it, go that route! You'll die of old age trying to accomplish anything here.
