Teach your receptionist not to talk bad about patients in front of other patients. You serve veterans who are probably not in the best condition or mental space so maybe have some kindness and grace. But to sit there for 30 min of waiting to be called back hearing them talk awfully about other patients is appalling.

I had to wait a bit but if you’re a veteran of any branch you should be used to waiting. Once helped I was treated with respect compassion by everyone involved from scheduling to dental assistant, and Doctor Slater . Thank you 🙏

After waiting for 30 minutes for them to pick up the phone, I get told that the soonest my dental emergency can be handled is in over a month.

Communication is of utmost importance when seeing the dentist, it's the one place I'm afraid to go because of the plethora of dental work I've had done throughout my life. Along time ago I had a root canal but I wasn't numbed correctly, and I felt it when they stuck the instrument into the socket, it was excruciating. But Dr. Scott was amazing working with Marisol.
