I called and asked if they could clean the blinds in my home and he indicated they no longer could provide that service. He then proceeded to explain to me how to do it in the home myself. He spent 10 minutes on the phone explaining this to me in detail just as a favor to help me. Great service and help, thank you!
Trevor was super easy to work with. He was punctual, knowledgeable, professional and most importantly good at communicating. He gave us an estimated time when the blinds would come in and set up a time immediately when they came in. It was so painless to work with him.
