We had a great stay at the Salt House Inn. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the staff was so helpful, checking in via text throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. The breakfast was really good and the location right near the center of town is perfect.
The host told me, "You have to work pretty hard to have a bad day in Provincetown" and I would say the same is true about this hotel -- you have to work pretty hard to find anything that isn't wonderful about it. We had a great stay and look forward to returning. Breakfasts were fresh/healthy/tasty, rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was lovely (to a person).
