This review pains me to write because I had been a repeat customer for a few years now. First, I had asked to bump my appointment with a specific stylist I had worked twice before (FANTASTIC STYLIST) by 30 minutes. When I called and asked for the slight change in schedule, the receptionist made the change no problem. Before you ask, yes, I made ALL schedule changes well in advance of their scheduling policy. I'm embarrassed that it has taken me three months to write this. I feel foolish that I didn't speak up at the time, and actually left a good tip,despite being uncertain about the quality. I'm 71, my gray hair was yellowing, and I asked for the color to be shinier and more grey, along with a new cut for an upcoming important trip. Cute place, but will not be back. The girl who worked on my hair seems very sweet but I still did not get the results I was looking for, no biggy just on to search for a better fit. ******** Very cute salon, first time here and have fulfilled expectations. Busy but comfy environment, all the staff are so sweet and inviting. You can tell they care about your hair as much as you do, I wil be a regular from here on out. Thanks Jennifer, you are amazing ✨💖
