Such a great experience with both, halotherapy and the sauna. This week, “salty yoga” was added in the salt cave. 🧘♂️🧘♀️ Humbled and honored to be teaching the Friday morning restorative class in this incredible environment. Awesome place better than breathing treatments any day I took my four month old grand baby who was full of congestion, by the end of the 45 minute session he was able to breath through his nose again. I highly recommend this place.
