Dr. Goss is a very good dentist and a kind person. He goes above and beyond for his patients and his team. We had some confusion and he was swift to correct it. Impressive.
So, I think Dr. Goss is a very good dentist. He explains everything throughly and captures all the moments. The thing I have an issue with, when I signed up and was filling out the paperwork and setting up my appointment, not once was it explained that absolutely nothing is covered by insurance. During service and when my cleaning began, I even said, “my insurance covers a once a year cleaning, so let’s do it.” After all of the services were complete, I was then taken to the cashier that told me I get a 10% discount if I pay... read more
Most competent gentle dentist! Warm and welcoming staff.
Called to ask about services listed on their website. That actually do not do listed services in house. So it's referred out like most general dentists. I would call ahead depending on what you need taken care of.
