RecommendedTonight we ordered pizza from Salt City Pizza Co for the first time. We will definitely be going back. Highly recommend it if you’re in the area.
We ordered delivery at 7:07. We were told it would be 45-60 mins. Long enough wait right? Pizza didn’t show up until 8:40!! We called and called for an update on our pizza and they didn’t answer, or they’d answer and hang up immediately. Very unhappy with this!!
Awesome customer service and GREAT delivery. our pizza was exactly how we wanted it and still hot once delivered. will definitely go here again.
Pizza was supposed to be done at 7:00. Knowing it was New Year’s Eve, I showed up at 7:20. Pizza hadn’t been started at that time. My pizza went in the oven at 7:30. It was ordered at 6:20.
Horrible service order delivery the food was cold never again
As I am writing this review, it is the second time that I’ve ordered food from here. The first time, they couldn’t find my apartment that is less than 3 minutes driving distance. They didn’t bother to call to let us know and we called them after an hour and 45 minutes only to be told that they couldn’t find the apartment. I decided to cancel my order, and they offered the food on the house. They never showed up, but offered a credit for the food.
