Efficient, reliable, reasonable, and professional. Able to easily handle transactions remotely.
Craig completely botched his job while my fiancé was purchasing his house. Craig failed to complete title work for over a month, while saying it was done the whole time. This delayed closing for 3 months. Now after closing, he has failed to send the checks for flood and house insurance more than a month after closing. He has lied repeatedly and does not take responsibility for his lack of competence.
