Avoid online shopping at Ace. Bait and switch tactics. Bought a product with sufficient stock and this store, only to be not fulfilled for days until it just got cancelled for having no stock. Other time got a good deal online for *once again* an in stock product. This time next day at 7 am got notification "ready for pick up", around noon as I'm driving there on a parking lot receive email "order is cancelled". Went for a rare part to fix antique ( well old)hose bib. They had it!!. Cashier was very friendly
This place is exactly what a local hardware store should be. The staff greets you when you walk in, asks if you need help, and actually walks you to the item instead of vaguely pointing somewhere into aisle 14 like it’s a scavenger hunt. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and approachable, which honestly makes spending money here way too easy. “Take my money” pretty much sums it up. Great customer service is getting harder to find, and this place absolutely gets it right.
