The lady was very accommodating when I had to change my Reservation from 3:00 to 4pm brought my children 10 and 14 she was very friendly explain a little about the cave but didn't speak that much English but was very helpful in what she could help us with I enjoyed the cave very peaceful calming and yes I fell asleep my kids enjoyed it and I'm definitely going to have to make this a regular thing please remember to bring your socks to put on under the feet covers
