Abby is the best counselor ever but I still have no idea why they keep Ashley. When she was receptionist she never called or responded back. Now she’s in a new position she can’t even listen to parent concerns and tell us to communicate better as parents when she has no idea of our family dynamic. If I could give zero stars, I would. Billing policies aside, the real issue is how this office treats people. What stood out most was the receptionist’s Ashley’s tone—condescending, accusatory, and completely lacking empathy. For a mental health practice, this is unacceptable. People come here already vulnerable and dealing with personal issues. A little professionalism and basic courtesy shouldn’t be too much to ask. I had a appointment for my va disability at 8am i called before hand and showed up early they didnt open the door till 830 and then called me late and marked me down as a no show and told me to reschedule
