My experience here has been outstanding!! the best hospitality I’ve ever experienced in a business. The doctor and the entire team truly take great care of you, and the atmosphere is amazing. I’m getting Invisalign relatively late, but I’m glad I waited because otherwise I wouldn’t have come across a provider like Dr. P and SLO. Their level of care and attention to detail is truly extraordinary, exceptional, and unexpected. One example that stands out with me is they took the time to carefully listen to feedback and make adjustments with my long term benefit in mind, even if it might extend the process or require additional aligners. I was searching for an orthodontist in Orange County for a second opinion about getting Invisalign and decided to visit Salt and Light Orthodontics. I just caught up with Dr. Purnomo, which my appointment feels like just hanging out with her because she’s so warm and friendly. Always a great experience - the doctors and staff are the best! It feels like I’m going to a high-end studio boutique instead of getting my teeth checked. They made the experience easy, straightforward and the facility is just top-notch and pristine. AMAZING — my lower left canine tooth needed to be rotated A LOT & they made what seemed impossible, possible!
