I didn’t end up receiving treatment here since it’s a bit far from me, however if you’re in the irvine area i definitely recommend this place. i went to other consults in irvine but this place had the best service and the doctors were more thorough with their explanations. Staff and doctor are highly responsive and attentive to all concerns and questions about the treatment plan. Dr. P and her staff are absolutely amazing. I have been under her supervision for Invisalign this year and can confidently say that she really cares about her patients and the outcome. She keeps every concern and worry in mind, and went above and beyond when one of my anchors was chipped. My experience here has been great. Dr. P is very good at explaining the process so I always know what to expect, and the entire treatment has been a breeze. There were occasional adjustments in treatment and scheduling (e.g. treating external resorption in a tooth, getting a veneer, etc.) but the team was always extremely responsive and helpful!
We’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr. P and the entire team. From the very beginning, they made my daughter feel comfortable and cared for. Every visit is organized, timely, and handled with such professionalism and kindness.
