Don’t be fooled by the flashy appearance of SALT and the beautiful apartments. This is probably the worst place I have lived in and I am very happy to finally get out after living there for 2-1/2 years. Security is nonexistent. The garage door is left open all day and most nights. My catalytic converter was stolen, and my car was broken into a few times from the “secure” garage in the middle of the night and SALT management refused to take any responsibility for this happening. Let me start this by saying we’ve lived here since 2017 and were one of the first four couples to move in (the vents in our unit were being put up as we got our keys). The original management company and supervisor were great and very communicative. Everything was well maintained for the first six to twelve months. Things started dropping off as more and more people moved in and it appeared they were gearing up to change owners. This happened. Numerous times.
