Salt believes that the fresher the food, the more natural flavor, and hence the delicious tasting end result. None of their stuff is from factory farms. A lot of their products are locally grown and sourced. Seasonal menu changes ensure a good rotation of flavors and dishes. Dinner is served daily from 5p onwards.

The flavors were quite good. A few missteps however, which could easily be remedied. The halibut had wonderful flavors with nice presentation, but it was somewhat tough. The brussel sprouts appetizer was also quite, well let's just say it was too hard in texture. Quite chewy. Again, the flavors were excellent. Wait staff was quite attentive.
Definitely make reservations! The food was so delicious I literally shivered on the first bite. The service was excellent. It was a beautiful day and outside seating would have been wonderful. We were seated in the downstairs area which was intimate and cozy. I had the angus filet and my husband had the sirloin. Both were some of the best steaks we’ve ever had.
Very good food and service. Items are prepared to order so have time.
What a delight. Had a light lunch here. Table service was great. Plates were creative fresh and flavorful.
