We were scheduled to host a group dinner at SALT during our event in Boulder, but unfortunately, due to an unexpected fire the day before, they had to cancel. Even in the middle of dealing with such a stressful and unfortunate situation, the team at SALT was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and supportive. Food was good but service was amazing.
Reliable restaurant. Excellent service by helpful, friendly waitstaff. The veggie burger is a standout. Broad menu selection. Highly recommended
A great little restaurant with many local ingredients. The menu changes seasonally, but I’ve never had anything that was not good.
Service can be a little slow but the food is really good.
