On a trip from Texas for my 12 year olds birthday. Ordered him the 68 NY strip and my wife the burger. Worst steak I’ve probably ever had - chewy, no crust. Burger was overcooked and dry bun. Told them it was his birthday. Nothing. Chilis would have brought a scoop of ice cream or something. Insulting. Do better, Boulder. We will treat you 10x if you come to Austin. Still tipped $50. Disgrace.
Forrest was the best waiter! 10/10 recommend!! Their Cesar salad was so so so so so good and so was their summer spritz!
The vibe of this restaurant is very cool, the brick walls and rustic feel make it warm and cozy, and the open kitchen concept made me feel safe knowing they took great attention to make the food. The menu offerings are very generous and sourced from local farms and mostly organic. I recommend the brussels sprouts, elk carpaccio, the Mahi (get it medium, it was perfect), and lastly, the flourless chocolate cake was divine! They called to cancel our graduation dinner reservation 15 minutes prior, as we were arriving. Will never book here again.
sat at the bar with a friend. John, and especially Flora, were nice bartenders and guided us through the menu. the mocktails were ok but definitely get the brussel sprouts. they were delightful!
