A few weeks ago, my fiancée and I visited SALT with our two young children, and we had an incredible experience. My fiancée worked in restaurants for 20 years and was extremely impressed by the menu, quality of the ingredients, and the local farms they support. The owner was there during our visit and went above and beyond to accommodate us when our toddler started having a meltdown.
