We lived in Decatur in some duplexes this company owns I have pictures from the day we moved in. Parker Heineman was the manager. We had a 800.00 deposit and when we left we deep cleaned to perfection. Fixed all walls that we had things hanging on. They charged us 400.00 of our deposit on items that were damaged and documented prior to move in date. The maintenance man warned us that they would do this.
