Easily the best food in the T4 Food Court. Have tried them all, Roll'd is a close second. Ordered the Chicken & Chorizo Burrito and a side of Habanero Salsa for my chips. As good as any Zambrero or GYG, but everyone seems to forget Salsa's exists. Tasted fresh, plenty of protein, good spice. Will definitely be visiting here everytime I'm at T4.

Wanted to order from Salsa. There was someone using the kiosk and taking a while so I stood at the counter. There was one person working, was standing in the kitchen on his phone. I asked if I could order with him and he said I had to wait to order at the kiosk. I went to wait at the kiosk and another person came up to the counter and he took his order, apparently because he’s airport staff. I went elsewhere.

The girl working this evening around 7 pm was too arrogant, showed extreme level of unprofessionalism with no acknowldgement of things and cutsomer service done wrong. she absoultely needs special training to deal with customers.Food was good though. customer service ruined whole of that thing.

Chips were hot, burrito was cold, staff were cold, staff member put my chips on the tray and they spilled once they were handed to me. No comment from staff. That sucked.

Got yelled at by one of the men working the front counter as I was ordering on the kiosk, to stop ordering and order over with him because “the grill is turned off”. He then asked what I was ordering and then once I told him, he said to go back and order on the kiosk, as I originally was. It was quite embarrassing to be spoken to like that infront of so many people. I am a Customer Service department assistant manager myself, so to see that behaviour come from an employee and for me to feel that way, really makes me glad tha... read more
