David C. -the 'manager' is the owner...she bought into the Salsarita's franchise. That's probably why you didn't get a phone call. Check her track record with the Salsarita's in Johnson City. She blew it big-time there! Totally turned that business into ashes! Lost it with the bank that bank-rolled it for her....lousy management by her and being rude and hateful to her patrons dining there cost her that store! She's on a roll, though! She still has the one in Kingsport but it's on it's way out! She's doing the same business ... read more
Great food but horrible owner/operator. The owner's rude behavior towards her employees and her customers, and the sound of her screaming insults and curses to her employees makes for a very poor atmosphere for having a meal. Strangely, she keeps christian music blaring on the loud speaker. Recommendation: eat here when the horrible owner has gone home and the assistant manager is in charge.
Good food. Poor management. Manager ran the cash register and rang up our family order. I pointed out to her that she overcharged us and her reply was that she did not know which side went with which order. She was unwilling to make things right. I called corporate and they said they would have the local manager call me. It has been a few months now and still no call. Have not and will not return, ever! One star for the good food.
