HORRIBLE!!!!!! Food was COLD, service was ridiculous! The GM Jesse clearly has not been to a Customer Service class in his life. I've worked Customer Service and have never seen such a horrible man!!! Did not even have the audacity to offer to heat up my cold food. The prices have been raised, you have to pay for every little cup of condiments. He said he has been the GM for 6 months, I come here while I am in town and have never seen it so slow. Especially in the summer, obviously he is not doing something right!
