I usually stop by here after work to pick up my order. I’m normally in my work uniform, give the name on the order, and they hand it to me without any issues. Tonight I came in wearing a hoodie instead of my uniform, gave the same name like always, and suddenly I was asked to show proof of the order. What stood out to me is that I couldn’t even see the receipt to confirm anything, yet I’ve never been asked for proof before.
