Hoy fui con hambre y antojo de algo básico: arroz con pollo. Nada fuera de lo común. Entro al restaurante y ¿qué me dicen? “No tenemos arroz ni pollo.” Pensé que era una broma. ¿Un restaurante sin arroz ni pollo? Es como ir a una panadería sin pan. No rice and no chicken unbelievable! The manager should always be in charge of having food ready whenever there is a rush even if she is not there! Fire the manager Teresa before it is too late and can potentially harm the Salsa fresca franchise even more!!
Absolutely ridiculous experience. I came in just wanting something simple — rice and chicken. You’d think that would be a safe bet at any restaurant. But nope. They were completely out of both. No rice. No chicken. How does that even happen?To make it worse, the staff had no idea what was going on. I asked if the manager was available, and they said Teresa — the manager — wasn’t even there.
