I’ve been coming here for a long time and usually order the same thing (Baja chicken tacos), but the experience has gotten worse and worse. Tonight the tacos were genuinely terrible — and the portion of chicken was dramatically smaller than usual (one small scoop total). When I asked about it, the staff member insisted “that’s the correct amount” and then immediately tried to upsell extra protein. Good food, decent variety, I like them better than chipotle.
Was going to give this place a third strike but I rather not waste my money. First one was a few weeks ago when a worker rang someone out then grabbed chicken tomatoes and corn for my meal with all the same gloves and without using utensils. Second strike was today. The brown must have been cooked for 5 min because it taste like cardboard . Not to mention the protein servings are 3oz….. 3OZ!!! I would have demanded a refund but I took the order to go.
