I have a shellfish allergy and have been eating at Salsa Fresca for about 5 years, often several times a month. While I’ve had a few issues in the past, this visit will be my last. I noticed shrimp was added as a protein option, but when staff scoop it, the juices drip into other foods like beans. For someone with an allergy, this creates a very dangerous cross-contamination risk. Out of caution, I left without ordering.
