Best pizza in Sarasota!!
Great food! My family loves this place and that means a lot because we love pizza. Great variety for large families and the prices are great too! Great quality ingredients and the cheese is awesome! I absolutely agree with other reviews on the wings, they are awesome. It’s hard to find a place that gets the pizza and the wings both right and Sal’s does it!
Everyday I go to Sals for a slice of pizza and a coke. I’m from Jersey and I can say it’s the best pizza I’ve had in Florida , I’ve been here over 20 years. The atmosphere is not stuffy, it’s laid back and the employees are funny and down to earth. It’s definitely a great mom and pop pizza place , if you want real Jersey pizza and atmosphere it’s the place to go. My family loves their pizza and won’t order from anywhere else.
Great place, food, people, & prices
My experience at Sal’s was not great. I heard the way the owner was speaking to his employees and it was very disturbing. He was rude and uncomfortable to be around while eating. Don’t think I’ll be coming back 😬😒
Born in a raised in Jersey and I will tell you that Sal's is the closest thing You will taste that resembles authentic New Jersey Pizza. Once a week I buy a Medium Pizza and Garlic sticks and its always good
The attitude there is awful. Yelling at employees where we could here it. Won't go back. Food was great but the atmosphere not so much
Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and came out and tasted like the cardboard box it came in. Also bathrooms were disgusting when I went in. That’s not even the most disgusting thing, the worst is the way you see them treat their employees. Honestly between that and the food I’m surprised they are even still open.
The owner is not a nice man and the food isn't great either!!!
