They messed up someone else’s order and rushed me to place mine...with an attitude. So as I placed my order he told me he couldn’t put more than one topping in my calzone. As he rushed me with an attitude. I cook for a living. Make it work dude. I just moved to the area and I will NOT be returning. Poor customer service.

So I posted a complaint on this website adroit 2 weeks ago. Since then, the owner contacted me want to hear my story. He didn’t make excuses, he remembered the incident , and he offered to fix it! What more could I ask for??? Great customer service! Cares about his business and the community. Thank your for concerns and DINNER!
Far far beyond expectations. Great staff and as good as Lombardi's was in NYC maybe a bit bette!
