We operate three Mexican Restaurants the Original in Selma, Fresno and Madera. We are family owned and operated and this year celebrate our 75th Anniversary. The Chile relleno, wasn’t a chile relleno, it was a piece of bell pepper about 2 inches by 3 1/2 inches of bell pepper, I don’t see why they call it a stuffed pepper when you can’t stuff it. It had cheese over it by then a fried egg over it. Mr. Sal I bet was turning over in his grave if he knew what concoction you guys are serving. I was very unhappy with what I was served. I asked the waitress how the Chile relleno was made, she said it was bell pepper, I’ve had the whole bell pepper stuff with burger. Which wasn’t bad ... read more

Cheese, cheese and more cheese. My plate was covered with, you guess it, cheese. Probably to cover the tasteless food they serve. Over priced. However the salsa and chip were good.
