My husband and I ate at Sal's and it was wonderful! The food was amazing and just to sit outside in the quaint setting is awesome. This was our first visit to Historic downtown Charlottesville and it was beautiful! I can't wait to go back. YOU have to go to Sal's if you are in the area. You want be disappointed.
We love coming to Sal's because the food is so good and the Pink Lady sauce is amazing! The ambiance is very nice and the staff is usually very pleasant, but sometimes not as attentive as I would expect. Overall, excellent food and great location if you're downtown.
The best Italian food in Charlottesville, the service is outstanding, the place is beautiful, I had my rehearsal dinner in this restaurant as well and all my guest were impressed. I highly recommend it if you come to visit Charlottesville please stop by and have a sangria on the patio!
