They responded quickly and asked me to call them on the phone. I waited a couple of days and then they informed me that they had sold the vehicle and it was no longer available. They offered a list of other vehicles they had, if I was interested.
They sold me a car and the next day the check engine light came on. I called and left a message to talk to a manager, still nobody has called me. They still have not sent the plates, stickers or the title transfer to DMV either. Its been 2 weeks so I'm giving them a little more time on that situation.
They are courteous and easy to deal with I bought the car from them easily

Fast Response. Still looking for luxury model
Not impressed. Very small, only a few cars on the dirt lot with a trailer office. The car we went to see was already sold, nothing else to look at there.
The truck was in pretty rough shape compared to what it looked like in the pictures. Took the dealer quite some time to respond back. Way overpriced for what you get.

Mark, We try and respond as fast as the emails come in at times they are not as fast and accurate on time. We are a small used car dealership so our staff is limited. We base our prices at kelly blue book value. We always tell customers to come and take a look at the vehicle before anything, pictures aren't always the same as you coming in person and seeing it. Thanks Again.
The dealer did contact me and I thought we were on a roll working things out. But when I contacted him a second time he never responded back.
