All around great experience! Fast service and really nice, made sure I had someplace to wait so I would not be standing outside in the heat waiting for my ride after my tow. Thanks!!!
I made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation, but they charged me for tire rotation and never did (the marks on the wheel indicated they had never been rotated!). It was probably just one of those busy days. They used some less known brand for synthetic oil as well which probably not a big deal. There was a small waiting area but there were shops nearby to spend time.
Sal helped us out big time. We were heading from Long Island NY and got a flat on our trailer. He answered the phone monutes after closing and didn't hesitate to cone out and help us!
Great customer service - clear about everything and takes the time to followup. Much appreciated.
