Terrible hair quality! The hair sheds so badly—it reminds me of the hair quality from back in 2010. I only have the 22-inch hair, and the shedding is ridiculous. I can literally be in the bathroom and the hair is shedding everywhere. I called to address the issue, and the owner was extremely rude and unhelpful. There was nothing in place to assist customers who receive a bad product, which made the situation even more frustrating. I feel like I completely wasted my money. I absolutely love this place! It was my first time ever buying hair extensions after having a really bad haircut and I had an event the next day. I was super nervous and had a million questions but the owner was super patient and walked me through everything in detail. I’m very grateful to have this experience and I highly recommend. I’ve purchased twice so far and my extensions are very high quality. It feels as though it truly is my hair!
I got this hair a year ago and re ordered for my birthday the hair isn’t the same has to be a vendor the worst hair I had in a long time use to be the best don’t waste your money on the new vendor/ product they have 700 down the drain
