I only asked to set my bangs, but you started cutting my hair without my permission. Absolutely amazing experience! Shanon is honestly the best person I’ve ever met — so friendly, warm, and welcoming. Her service was incredible from start to finish. I haven’t felt this happy with my hair in ages! 😊 She really took the time to understand what my hair needed and suggested a treatment that worked wonders. My hair looks and feels great now.
