The stylist burned my hair because she left the color on long after the timer went off. She was busy talking on the phone, and dismissed my concerns. I had to go to another salon to repair the damages done, and the stylist there said she had never seen such horrible damage.
I LOVE this place!! and I love Nichol!!! I have been coming to Salone Dei Capelli since it first opened and i am never disappointed. Nichol is talented and dedicated to her craft choosing colors and cuts that are always flattering. Many of my co-workers and friends come to the Salone now, because they like what they see!
I just got a haircut and highlights and my hair came out great. I lived in Manhatten for over 25 years and went to all the best salons - and I must tell you Salone Dei Capelli would give them all a run for their money.
