I’ve been coming here for years, this is my favorite Saloncentric location. The staff here is always super friendly and greets me everytime I come in or answers one of my questions I may have about a product recommendation or about any sales. One of my favorite locations because the staff is friendly and helpful, leti is one of the best reps I’ve met in the houston area. It’s a clean and well managed store - my go to beauty supply store.

Firstly, there was no friendly greeting upon our arrival at Salon Centric; it was as though they presumed we didn't have an account with them. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable, particularly as a professional salon owner, educator, and traveling stylist. Being from out of state, I was taken aback by the treatment I received from Miriam and Mika. Their demeanor was unapproachable and quite unprofessional. I’ve came back to change my review last few visit the customer service has declined. They always have what I need but I will be shopping at the other locations instead. Maybe it’s because I shop early morning would not recommend.
