Tyler was so knowledgeable and helpful. Really love this store and like that it’s privately owned such a great staff and loving their hair. When staff has good hair, you know that they know about product thank you so much for having great employees and owning a locally owned SalonCentric for us artists/Stylists
My experience with this business was deeply disappointing. Staff communication was rigid and unnecessarily confrontational, showing little regard for basic customer service or problem resolution. Their adversarial approach undermines trust and reflects poorly on senior leadership.
Tyler is my go to for all things beauty supply! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable & helpful, he goes above and beyond to suggest hair CARE that’s best suited for my clientele.
Tyler and Teresa were SOOOOO kind and went out of their way to help me. Willl definitely be back with this amazing team!!!
