I never do reviews, but I felt that this had to be shared. The person with the tattoos that works in the framingham location couldn’t be more of a miserable person. You work in customer service. If you hate your job so much, then leave. You have choices. With that being said. The store itself carries great products, but her terrible personality has me not wanting to shop there. Cosmo Prof is right across the street. From your other reviews, maybe you want to reflect on positive changes to your shop.
Very unprofessional…they never let us know on the website I traveled 29 mile for it to be close don’t trust their schedule
Stores awesome! Just hard to find
Went there on Sunday, was very disappointed with the customer service. This lady at the register had a such attitude, she was so sarcastic and condescending towards my questions and interested on applying for the store card. It amazes me how some people in business do not understand how important professionalism and courtesy is essential.
