My go to salon essential needs. The customer service is amazing and the staff is very helpful and friendly and they keep their shelves stocked. There was a couple times I couldn't find what I needed in stock, but it was most likely because they had a shipment on the way and were in the process of restocking the merchandise other than that every single time I've gone into this establishment I have been able to purchase and find exactly what I'm looking for and the store stays well maintained and stocked.

I’ve been having trouble making an account and even though I’m still having issues, Jessica went above and beyond to help me and found a temporary solution. She’s amazing and super kind!

Been to this specific location multiple times and keep getting dead named by Jessica R. Even when I’ve gone with other people who have to check out separately she never confirms the first name but magically needs to when I walk up to the front. She’s always been rude and short with me and honestly doesn’t make it feel safe for any queer person. I would avoid this location all together and go to the other one where I’ve never had this issue.
