Stopped by at 4:30pm today. Doors shut and locked with someone inside with foils in their hair, that walked to the backroom when they saw me at the door. Online and door both say the store closes at 6pm... bad customer service to not even leave a note on the door or even turn off the open sign...
They never have anything that people actually use, trying to get logged into your account here is horrible. Will never shop with salon centric again. And I’m a small business that won’t shop here ever again. Such a waste of time
