Poor customer service and below average quality products.
I had the best experience today with the help and guidance of Tina and Amanda! They helped guide me to get my hair back to a natural brown color without damaging it. Im a nail tech so hair is not my forte, but I have diy'd my hair a lot over the years. I wasn't sure how to achieve the results I wanted but Tina and Amanda helped me and it worked out perfectly! I appreciate the knowledgeable crew that is employed there
They had most of what I needed. I had to buy some new shears and had to go to Cosmo Prof. Bring your own bag for what you buy because they won't give you one with out paying for it.
This new SalonCentric store is located in Queen Creek. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the store manager, Amanda. She is welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. The store is clean, stocked, and well organized.
The Edge Salon and Suites loves that you opened in Queen Creek! Even though we are in Chandler, several of us live in QC. Super nice and helpful staff!
