The manager is absolutely unprofessional. She can’t follow a simple task. No manners to talk to customers. Very rude. I had to make multiple trips to the store and had to call the customer service representative and they made her to fix the order while I was on the phone and then I went back to the store. We business owners don’t have much time we get busy and they can’t get simple ordered stuff ready and they put wrong stuff and I have to make 2 trip. The staff is rude and don’t care for their jobs. I’m an esthetician student and have went here with my whole class (including teacher). With that said we’re eligible for student discounts and the worker got rude and told me they don’t do discount's twice now. I’ve signed up and have done my part, they just get rude and don’t do their part/job. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
