Nothing bad to say about this place! Always helpful and always nice. My complaint has nothing to do with the store or the employees, my complaint is that Redken color and product is getting out of control!
Arrived during scheduled business hours to find the door locked with no response to knocking. Monday hours are supposed to be till 6:30 pm. I arrived at 6:05 needing one thing and ended up wasting my time. Called and the phone rang with no answer. Waited 15 minutes in hopes they were in the restroom and would come back out.
