They voided my order before the 7 day given time frame. I placed the order on Saturday night, mind you they are closed on Sunday so the order was not ready until Monday afternoon and I was planning to go Thursday on my off day but the lady called me and said i had to come in Wednesday night or it will be cancelled. She gave me 2 days to pick up. This place has 2 stars for a reason, very frustrating.

I placed an online order for pickup at this location, but when I called with a question about my order, I was put on hold for 46 minutes and 20 seconds before being abruptly hung up on. Frustrated, I called back and requested to speak with the store manager, Norma. Despite explaining the inconvenience, she was unable to assist me or answer my question.
