I go here for tools, Briogeo products and Redken color. There’s always something not in stock and I’m over having to drive 45 minutes there just to leave empty-handed because no one answered the phone when I called to see if they had it.
As a salon owner, I was treated with horrible customer service. Rude and unprofessional.
Always nice there but every time I go they have less and less selection most stuff you have to get online now, I couldn't even get a pumice stone.
If I could leave zero stars I would. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR Drive to port richey store. The policies suck at this store. I have to have a DL present to shop. Why can we no longer search by phone number? I have a cosmetology license on file for a reason. Also you can't call for in store pick up ???? I needed three items and was told I had to put it in online. So they can save my credit card info on file but can't have my call to order or let me shop without a certain Id but can hold three of my credit cards on file. Also employe... read more
I returned today after speaking on the phone with a very pleasant person named Summer. She assisted me with my original order from June 7th that didn't get processed. After two previous negative experiences with this store, Summer deserves 5 stars and recognition from management.
