If I could leave zero stars I would. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR Drive to port richey store. The policies suck at this store. I have to have a DL present to shop. Why can we no longer search by phone number? I have a cosmetology license on file for a reason. Also you can't call for in store pick up ???? I needed three items and was told I had to put it in online. I returned today after speaking on the phone with a very pleasant person named Summer. She assisted me with my original order from June 7th that didn't get processed. After two previous negative experiences with this store, Summer deserves 5 stars and recognition from management.
