I’m not someone who does reviews but thought I had to do a change and make one I want to say Jae today helped out so much . I had incident at the salon centric in Hillsboro where my products were not used and I had my receipt on my app and she refused to help me out or even look at me receipt on my phone .. so I left and went to Beaverton right away having only 30 min before they closed and Jae was amazing and said for me to go and he would gladly help me out gave me great service and feedback was not just very helpful but h... read more

I purchase regularly from this location and was generally satisfied. Recently, I purchased a product and the first time I used it on a client, it didn’t work. I called to let them know and that I wanted to return it. They informed me, I could not return the defective product, and that I needed to contact the manufacturer. This was an extremely expensive product which has always worked in the past. I was told that because it was opened, it could not be returned.
