I purchase regularly from this location and was generally satisfied. Recently, I purchased a product and the first time I used it on a client, it didn’t work. I called to let them know and that I wanted to return it. They informed me, I could not return the defective product, and that I needed to contact the manufacturer. Not sure what is happening with Salon Centric, but this location is falling apart. Placed a pickup order at 10am that is scheduled for pickup in 2 hours. I went to pickup the order, they claim they never received it. The only “solution” was for me to pay twice for the order. Now I’m stuck with an order no one can find and they are refusing to provide the products or issue a refund. Just place your orders online, the storefront locations are a disaster and the customer service is abysmal.
