As a licensed hairstylist, I visit Salon Centric very often to purchase Paul Mitchell, Design Essentials, and Redken Products. The store in Alpharetta is the one that I frequent often. They normally carry all of the products that I need and I really like the fact that they sell products for Ethnic hair. They normally have only 1 or 2 people on staff, but they are very knowledgeable about the products and hair color formulations. Extremely disappointed. My salon purchases a lot of product from this location so it was very disheartening to hear Debra being extremely rude and unprofessional to my grandmother who was there purchasing product. There apparently is a new policy change which is absolutely fine but her delivery was horrible. I heard her yelling at my elderly grandmother who was on the phone with me helping sort every thing out. She needs to learn some customer service and how to be professional especially if she is going to be servicing the ... read more
