I went there today and there was a lady named Carol A. and she was so rude when it was our turn. After waiting for over 40 minutes for a transaction she was making, we just asked her if there were any discounts today...and she answered rudely and with attitude. Plus she was dressed like she had just gotten out of bed. She has 0 customer service. For this service they have to have people who help the customer more...
HAIR PRODUCTS FOR PROFESSIONAL BEAUTICIANS. PRODUCTS ARE ALL BRANDS FOR PROFESSIONAL STYLISTS AND ONLY SOLD TO LICENSED PROFESSIONALS. SERVICE WAS FRIENDLY AND PROMPT WHEN MY TURN CAME SINCE THEY ARE USUALLY BUSY AND ONLY HAVE TWO REGISTERS AND TWO SALES PEOPLE. SOMETIMES IT'S PRETTY BUSY BUT DON'T HAVE THE EXTRA HELP NEEDED. I STILL SHOP THEIR FOR THE PRODUCTS MY CLIENTS LIKE.
