Great service. Although inventory can be lacking at times.
Ive been to this particular location twice now. Compared to other locations, it feels small and the variety of products im use to, isn't found here. It's a clean store, which is always appreciated. The staff here gives me an unwelcoming vibe. They offer help but it has felt as if they "have to" and don't actually enjoy their job. I get everyone has their off days, as well as I do, but in this case I think its more than that. I don't look forward to going back, and may try a different location next time instead.
You should put somewhere on your website that you only sell to license hair stylists
They need to make it known CLEARLY that they only sell to professionals or that you need to have an account to shop with them at all. I just needed some clips for dying hair. Absolute BS.
Love the convenience of the Meridian location! They have a great selection of products available and really appreciate the cleanliness of the store. I personally have always felt welcomed by the staff and have had nothing but excellent customer service every time I’ve come in to this location. Thank you SC employees for your helpful recommendations, samples if/when available and making my overall shopping experience a good one!! :)
