This is my favorite store to go to, when getting all my supplies I need, today I went and I spent around 2 hours shopping for products, I was asking questions all the time and recommendations, I was being held by Angel and Debby honestly they are the best of the best their customer service is 10 out of 10. They are so friendly and knowledgeable, inpatient, they will checked me out at the register and she made sure I had everything I needed THANK YOU!!!
staff was essentially useless and I walked out of the store without a purchase
I tried finding a shampoo here last year. The staff ignored me until I pointedly asked for help. The 2 workers gave me attitude and one rolled their eyes. I shrugged it off. We found a shampoo, went to the register, and then the same person refused to sell the shampoo to me bc I'm not a cosmetologist and don't have a certification in the beauty industry. It was a terrible experience.
