I have been coming to this location since I was a baby stylist in school right next door. (16 years ago) They have almost all of the same employees that are always friendly, kind, and knowledgeable about whatever you need help with in the store. Can’t say enough good things about them! Thank you ladies for your amazing customer service, I appreciate you all very much!

Such an amazing team of ladies! I recently left my long career as a hairstylist to start my shear-sharpening business, and these women welcomed me without even knowing me. I walked in nervously to ask if they’d consider hosting an event, and they immediately listened, got the approval, and promoted it for weeks to make sure it succeeded. They didn’t have to do any of that—but they went above and beyond to support another woman starting a small business. I’m truly grateful. Merrillville is better because of women like them. I avoid this location as much as I can because of Pansie L. She is always rude. I feel very uncomfortable shopping at this location. Not sure if she is racist or what she has against me specifically. Everyone else I have encountered here is nice and helpful. Unfortunately this is the nearest location and I have no choice but I never have a good experience when she is working.
