Every time we go in there we are treated rudely by one of the workers that I think has something against my wife. She is extremely rude and has the worst customer service skills I've ever seen. If I was her manager and saw how she interacts with the customers I'd fire her immediately. The lady on the phone told my wife her account is closed when it's not supposed to be and she laughed and had a huge smile on her face and this is the second time this happened after my wife resolved the issue. All the girls are so friendly and helpful!, if I ever have a question or need help they are always willing to do what they can, they make sure I'm up to date on the latest classes and sales and always have a smile! Love this place!
