On Monday, October 5th, I went to Salon Centric West store. I arrived at 07:57am. (store opens at 08:00am.), and tried the door to see if the store was actually open, since it happened before, but the door was locked. Not a big deal, I could’ve waited another 3 min., but what happened next is simply not acceptable by any means. I got yelled “WAITE!!!” by staff Pauline who stood behind reception.
